Blair, the Director of Operations at JD Consulting, plays a key role in managing our Account Managers and leading our Analytics and Governance colleagues.

With over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Blair brings extensive knowledge and a wealth of expertise to the firm.

He joined JD Consulting in 2018 after holding senior leadership roles at two major Canadian insurers.

Blair also manages our international desk, ensuring our global clients receive the high-quality service they expect.
