Karen Wong is a Senior Client Service Consultant with JD Consulting and is the first point of contact for clients. She manages the day-to-day servicing of Group Benefit plans and has extensive experience in assisting clients with plan design changes and endorsements, employee education, plan communication, vendor management, and client escalations.

Karen has over 7 years of experience in Group Benefits. Prior to joining JD Consulting in 2022, Karen worked at Canada Life holding various roles in client service and disability management.
