JDIMI Insurance offers several payment options for your benefit premiums.  Please choose one of the premium payment methods below to remit payment.  Note: It is important once you have sent in or remitted payment that you submit a record of your payment using the form below.

Cheques or Post Dated Cheques

Payments can be sent in one at a time or post dated cheques can be mailed in to the following address. Make cheques payable to JDIMI Insurance Managers Inc. or JDIMI Make sure to include your name and employee number on the cheque or enclosure.

Email money Transfer

Log into your online banking and follow the process to send money via email money transfer. Select the account you wish to send funds from and email to payments@jdimi.com
Include a message with the transfer and include the following details:
First and Last Name
Company worked for
Employee Number if any
Acct No: BENEPAY-01
