President

Bill has over 25 years of experience as an executive in insurance and business development. Known for driving organizational change and fostering growth, he brings a collaborative and innovative leadership style.

Before joining JD Consulting, Bill was Regional VP for Desjardins, where he played a key role in expanding operations outside Quebec.

He holds an Honours BA in Economics from York University and has completed several professional development programs.

Bill is also a member of the Benefits Canada Healthcare Survey Steering Committee and the National Council for Arthritis Society Canada.
