Shawn is the Vice President of Canadian Benefits Consulting Group (CBCG), focusing on union-trusted benefit programs across Canada.

He supports renewal analysis and quarterly business reviews, as well as RFPs and new business pursuits.

With 29 years of employee benefits experience, Shawn specializes in health, dental, drug, disability, and wellness management. He has overseen large-scale projects involving benefit design, benchmarking, predictive modeling, and compliance.

Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a diploma in Human Resources Management, and has achieved his Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation. He is also LLQP licensed.
